ENSON Joins Pruszyński Group

ENSON’s integration into the Pruszyński Group marks the next stage in the development of our business in the utility-scale solar sector. We are combining our experience in the design and optimisation of PV mounting systems with the Group’s extensive industrial, material and technological capabilities.

Our strength remains our engineering expertise, understanding of utility-scale projects and experience gained from investments with diverse technical requirements. The Pruszyński Group brings many years of experience in steel processing, broad production capabilities and access to a wider range of technologies and materials.

Bringing these competencies together expands our capabilities both at the design and production stages. At the same time, ENSON’s annual production capacity is increasing from 1.5 to 2.4 GW, strengthening our ability to support large-scale investments and several projects running in parallel across European markets.

Complementary competencies

Every solar farm requires a solution tailored to the specific conditions of its location, including soil conditions, terrain, wind and snow loads, module parameters and the selected foundation method. This is why we begin every project by analysing these factors and use them as the basis for selecting and optimising the structural solution.

The broader material and technological capabilities of the Pruszyński Group give us greater flexibility already at the design stage. We can consider more variants, use a wider range of steel processing technologies and align technical requirements more closely with production capabilities and the cost assumptions of a given investment.

For investors and EPC contractors, this means greater flexibility in selecting the mounting system, broader optimisation possibilities and increased production capacity for large-scale and parallel PV projects.

The next stage of ENSON’s development

Joining the Pruszyński Group is an important milestone for us. It gives us access to broader technological and production capabilities while allowing us to retain the approach that has defined ENSON from the beginning.

“I am proud that the professionalism, expertise and commitment of the entire ENSON team have been recognised, and that joining the Pruszyński Group is the result of our collective work. For us, this confirms the value of what we have built over the past years and marks an important step in the company’s further development. ENSON has established a strong position in the utility-scale solar market, and combining our experience and technical expertise with the industrial capabilities of the Pruszyński Group opens up new opportunities for growth. We are entering this next stage with great enthusiasm and are looking forward to what we can achieve together,” says Ewa Owczarz-Ciszek, CEO.

For us, these new opportunities matter most when they translate directly into the way projects are designed and delivered.

“No two solar farms are the same. Every project requires us to take into account the specific characteristics of the site, ground conditions and environmental loads. Combining our engineering experience with broader access to materials and technologies will allow us to tailor structures even more precisely to investors’ needs, both technically and economically. At the same time, we are preserving what has distinguished us for years: an individual approach, flexibility and support at every stage of project delivery,” says Paweł Wiktorowicz, COO.

Joining the Pruszyński Group gives us greater scale and broader development opportunities without changing the direction in which we are building ENSON: as a partner for utility-scale PV projects, combining engineering expertise, project-specific structural solutions and technical support.
