ESG – COMMUNITY
People are the foundation of ENSON. We build an organizational culture based on respect, openness, and collaborative partnership. We nurture our relationships and listen to one another, because we believe that the best solutions emerge when everyone feels they have a say.
The pillars of our social initiatives:
1. Safety and working conditions
- The safety of our employees is our top priority. To minimize the risk of accidents, we conduct regular health and safety training, implement modern standards, and continuously monitor and improve our operational processes. We operate in accordance with procedures and policies that foster a culture of responsibility and mutual care for safety.
- We operate a certified ISO 9001 quality management system, which organizes and streamlines operational processes, thereby also enhancing workplace safety. This system helps us continuously improve and prevent irregularities.
- We also prioritize transparency and the ability to report any violations. On our intranet and website, we provide an anonymous reporting system that can be used by both our employees and individuals outside the organization. Each report is analyzed by an independent team, which includes, among others, the Compliance Officer from TDJ and specialists from relevant departments at Enson. If an irregularity is confirmed, we implement corrective actions and eliminate the root causes of the problem.
2. OPENNESS AND DIALOGUE
We regularly conduct anonymous engagement surveys among our entire staff, which help us better understand the team’s needs and shape our organization in a responsible and inclusive manner. The survey questions cover topics such as discrimination and other misconduct, development opportunities, and work-life balance. We strive to translate the survey findings into concrete actions—both operational and developmental.
Our company has active Employee Representatives who were elected by our staff in independent elections. They play an important role in social dialogue—they have the right to submit comments and opinions on behalf of the entire team, including regarding draft regulations, procedures, and policies, before they are approved by the Management Board. Thanks to this, employees have a real influence on shaping the rules governing our organization.
3. RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION AND ENGAGEMENT
Every quarter, we hold meetings between the Executive Board and the entire team to share key information about the past and upcoming quarters. We want to ensure that all employees, regardless of their position or level, are directly informed by management about Enson’s most important activities, results, initiatives, and plans for the future.
We believe that transparency and understanding of the decisions made strengthen engagement and a sense of influence. That is why we encourage our entire team to ask questions and share their opinions. Before each meeting, we provide an anonymous survey that allows employees to direct questions and topics directly to the Management Board. All issues raised are discussed and addressed with full responsibility. We strive to create a space where dialogue is a natural part of the organizational culture, and collaboration is based on mutual respect and openness.
4. ETHICS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE
Our values form the invisible backbone of our company, shaping our decisions, behaviors, and organizational culture. We believe they attract people who share our mission and help eliminate attitudes that are inconsistent with its principles. Thanks to them, we are building a cohesive and strong culture that supports long-term success.
- Commitment and entrepreneurship
- Innovation and creativity in action
- The customer at the center of our focus
- A culture of collaboration
- Positive energy and trust
- Diversity and equal treatment

We have established “cool behaviors” and “not cool behaviors”; thanks to these clear guidelines, we know which behaviors align with our company values and positively impact the work environment, productivity, and relationships among employees, and which ones can lead to misunderstandings, low morale, or reduced efficiency. This reduces the risk of conflicts and frustration, and employees know that the company prioritizes a culture based on mutual respect and support.
5. EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY
We strive to ensure that everyone in our organization, regardless of their position, gender, skin color, or religion, feels safe and comfortable here. We firmly oppose all forms of discrimination, inappropriate treatment, and unequal treatment, whether from management or from colleagues at the same or lower levels. We have adopted compliance policies (including policies against bullying, discrimination, and unequal treatment) that are publicly available on our website, so that every stakeholder can review them. Our employees have the tools, clear guidelines, and knowledge of where to seek support. An anonymous internal reporting system guarantees protection for all reporters and obligates Enson to address confirmed irregularities.
As part of our risk mitigation tools, we also have a code of “not cool behaviors,” and we plan to conduct regular training for our staff on ethics, which will help us develop social competencies and prevent inappropriate behavior.
We also support our community and sustainability initiatives through our partnership with the UN Global Compact and the gradual implementation of the 10 principles of responsible business conduct, covering human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
BY JOINING THE UN GLOBAL COMPACT, WE COMMIT TO:
- Respect and promote the protection of internationally recognized human rights.
- Eliminate all instances of human rights violations by the company.
- Support freedom of association and recognize the right to collective bargaining in practice.
- Support the elimination of all forms of slavery and forced labor.
- Contribute to the effective abolition of child labor.
- Combat discrimination in employment.
- Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges.
- Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges.
- Support the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
- Work against corruption in all its forms, including bribery and extortion.
6. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND RELATIONS WITH LOCAL COMMUNITIES
At ENSON, we are committed to supporting our local community. We carry out small-scale social initiatives, including regular contests for employees, donations, and support for local events and community organizations. Whenever possible, we also involve employees in small-scale charitable activities to benefit local organizations. We expand our activities gradually, in line with the organization’s needs and capabilities.
